WCMA welcomes classical musicians of all ages, ensuring a fair and structured competition for all participants. You can enter an age category, a style category such as Baroque, Classical, Concerto, or Film/Game Music, or both. Participants are free to choose a single category or multiple categories based on their repertoire.

How to select?

If your repertoire allows, you can participate in multiple style categories. For example, if you are 18 years old and performing a Beethoven sonata, you are eligible for three categories: Age (18-22), Baroque, and Sonata. There is no limit to the number of categories you can apply for, but the application fee will increase based on the number of categories selected.
